At NixiNuu, we strive to get your baby essentials and handmade treasures to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Handmade Items: Because our Canadian-made items are crafted with care, please allow an additional 2 business days for these specific products to be prepared for shipment.

• You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada.

• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

• Carrier: We primarily use Canada Post and UPS for domestic deliveries.

Shipping to the United States

We are happy to ship to our neighbors in the US!

• Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days. Please note that cross-border transit times can vary based on customs processing.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: In accordance with 2026 US import regulations, all orders shipping from Canada to the US are subject to customs clearance. NixiNuu is not responsible for any custom duties or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We hope to expand our reach to more parents globally in the future!

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nixinuu.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
